Georgi Stoyanov Mechedzhiev (Bulgarian: Георги Мечеджиев; born 27 April 1978 in Yambol) is a former Bulgarian football defender who played as right-back. Mechedzhiev previously played for Spartak Varna, Slavia Sofia and Lokomotiv Plovdiv.
On 28 June 2017, Mechedzhiev was appointed as manager of Third League club Svoboda Peshtera.[1]
