George Stephenson Elliott MC (1 June 1885 – 25 September 1917) was an Australian rules footballer who played with University and Fitzroy in the Victorian Football League (VFL).[1]

A defender, Elliott played one game for Fitzroy in 1905 before becoming a member of the inaugural University side when they joined the league in 1908. He captained the club in 1911 and 1912.

Elliott was killed in World War I, having previously been awarded the Military Cross for gallantry. He was the brother of Australian Imperial Force General Harold "Pompey" Elliott.[2]
