γ Monocerotis, Latinised as Gamma Monocerotis, is a star in the constellation of Monoceros. It is an orange giant with spectral class K.[3] Its apparent magnitude is 3.96[2] and it is approximately 498 light years away based on parallax.[1]

It has reported companions B, at separation 53.7" and magnitude 13.1, and C, at separation 47.9" and magnitude 13.6.[8]
