The blue-necked jacamar or blue-cheeked jacamar (Galbula cyanicollis) is a species of bird in the family Galbulidae.
It is found in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil, far northern Bolivia and eastern Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical and tropical moist lowland forests.
