Gail Garvey is an indigenous Australian epidemiological oncologist and psycho-oncologist. Garvey is a Kamilaroi woman whose family originated from Moree in western New South Wales.[1] She is currently Associate Professor at the Menzies School of Health.[2][3]
Academic career
In 2009 Garvey won the Our Women, Our State Awards award.[4]
