Gabriel Juan Escarrer Jaume (born January 1971)[1] is a Spanish businessman, and the vice-chairman and CEO of Meliá Hotels International.[2]

He is the son of the founder and chairman, Gabriel Escarrer Juliá.[3]

Escarrer Jaume has a degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he specialized in Finance & Business Management.[4] He has a master's degree in Business Administration from ESADE.[5]

Escarrer Jaume worked in New York City in finance, before joining Meliá Hotels.[3]
