Gałązczyce [ɡawɔ̃sˈt͡ʂɨt͡sɛ] (German: Giersdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Grodków, within Brzeg County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Grodków, 33 km (21 mi) south-west of Brzeg, and 48 km (30 mi) west of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 370.
