Frichemesnil is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
Geography
A farming village situated in the Pays de Caux, some 15 miles (24 km) north of Rouen, at the junction of the D100 and the D97 roads. The A29 autoroute passes through the commune’s northern section.
