Frederick III, Count of Veldenz

Frederick III (died 1444) was the last ruling count of Veldenz from the Geroldseck line - that male line died out with him. In 1237 he and Jacob, Margrave of Baden-Baden jointly inherited the county of Sponheim on the death of John V, Count of Sponheim-Starkenburg.
