Fred Vogel is an American independent horror filmmaker. He was born April 18, 1976 in Warren Township, New Jersey. He is the founder of Toetag Pictures,[1] known for its realistic makeup effects. Vogel is also a former professor at Tom Savini's Special Make-Up Effects Program. While continuing to work as an effects artist, he also writes, produces, and occasionally acts.
