Brigadier Fred Tolit, is a military officer. He currently serves as Uganda's Defense Attaché to the headquarters of the African Union in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.[1] Prior to that, he served as the Chairman of the UPDF General Court Martial, one of the highest military courts in the Uganda People's Defence Force (UPDF). He was replaced by Brigadier Moses Ddiba Ssentongo, the current Chairman, in June 2013.[2]
