The 2004 movie Win a Date With Tad Hamilton! is largely set in a West Virginia community of the same name. However, the movie's Fraziers Bottom bears no resemblance to the actual Fraziers Bottom. The real community is far smaller than the one depicted in the movie. The movie shows a movie theater being in Fraziers Bottom and generally depicts the community as pleasant and wholesome. Much of the movie takes place in a Piggly Wiggly's grocery store. However, there is no Piggly Wiggly's in Fraziers Bottom although, there was one in the Logan area at the time and there is now a Piggly Wiggly in Milton, West Virginia as well as a nearby town, Eleanor, West Virginia.
