Frank Walton (philatelist)

Frank Leslie Walton (born 1955)[1] is a British philatelist and the former president of the Royal Philatelic Society London.[2] He was formerly editor of The London Philatelist. Walton is a specialist in the philately of Sierra Leone. He is a signatory to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists.[1]
