Francisco 'Fran' Pablo Cruz Torres (born 28 June 1991) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Lorca FC as a central defender.

Club career

Born in Córdoba, Andalusia, Cruz finished his graduation with local Córdoba CF, making his senior debuts with the reserves in 2008–09. On 17 October 2012 he made his first competitive appearance with the first team, in a 1–0 away win against CE Sabadell FC for the season's Copa del Rey; he first played in Segunda División the following 6 January, in a 0–0 draw at CD Mirandés.[1]

Cruz featured in 33 matches during the 2013–14 campaign, in a promotion to La Liga after a 42-year absence. On 15 July 2014 he renewed his contract with the club for three seasons,[2] and was immediately loaned to AD Alcorcón also in the second level.[3]

In late August 2015, Cruz cut ties with Córdoba and moved to fellow league team UE Llagostera.[4] He spent the following campaigns in the second division, representing CD Mirandés and Lorca FC.[5]
