Frances Tophill
Frances Ruth Tophill[1] is a horticulturalist and television presenter from Kent.[2] She features in ITV's Love Your Garden alongside Alan Titchmarsh, David Domoney and Katie Rushworth.[3]
In 2016, she became a presenter on Gardeners World.[4]
