FLYeasy is an Indian low-cost airline based at Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru.[5] The airlines, part of ABC Aviation and Training Services Pvt, is currently in the process of achieving Air Operator's Certificate from India's aviation regulator DGCA.[6]
FlyEasy has signed an agreement to purchase up to 74% stake in the now grounded airline Air Pegasus.[7]
