Their customers include businesses, commercial fleets, oil companies, petroleum marketers and government in America, Europe and Brazil. The company provides services through two segments: North American and International segments. FLEETCOR’s predecessor company was founded in the United States in 1986.[4]

History
In 2000, FleetCor is established.[10]
In 2000, it completed the acquisition of Fuelman and created ARCO fleet card.[10]
In 2003, it completed the acquisition of Commercial Fueling Network (CFN), a petroleum distributors fleet card company in North American.[10]
In 2004, it completed the acquisition of Mannatec, a petroleum distributors fleet card company in North American.[10]
In 2006, it completed the acquisition of Keyfuels, a petroleum distributor fleet card company in the United Kingdom and CCS, a fleet card company in Czech Republic.[10]
In 2007, it completed the acquisition of the Fuelcard Company, a commercial fuel card reseller in the United Kingdom.[10]
On June 15, 2012, it completed the acquisition of a Russian fuel card company.[11]
On July 3, 2012, it completed the acquisition of CTF Technologies, Inc.[11]
In March 2013, it completed the acquisition of certain fuel card assets from GE Capital Australia's Custom Fleet leasing business.[11]
In May 2013, it completed the acquisition of Cardlink Systems Ltd.[11]
On September 9, 2013, FleetCor Technologies Inc completed the acquisition of VB Servicos Comercio e Administracao Ltda, a Brazilian transportation cards provider.[11]
In October 2013, FleetCor Technologies, Inc completed the acquisition of Epyx, a provider to the fleet maintenance, service and repair marketplace.[11]
In December 2014, FleetCor Technologies, Inc completed the acquisition of Comdata, a provider of fleet credit cards in the trucking industry and corporate payments servicer based in Brentwood, TN
In May 2017, FleetCor Technologies, Inc entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cambridge Global Payments (“Cambridge”), a leading B2B international payments provider.
