Flávia Maria de Oliveira Paparella (born 27 October 1981) is a Brazilian racing cyclist.[2] She competed in the 2013 UCI women's road race in Florence.[3] She competed at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.[4]

In 2009 Oliveira was suspended for 18 months after testing positive for oxilofrine after taking a supplement marketed as Hyperdrive 3.0+. The supplement manufacturer was sued by Oliveira because the product did not list mythelsynephrine as one of its ingredients.[5]
