Fittja Mosque
The Fittja Mosque (Swedish: Fittja moské) is a mosque in Turkish style architecture.[1] Construction began in 1998[2] and finished in 2007.[1] The mosque is owned by the local Turkish Islamic Association, which has about 1,500 members. The minaret is 32.5 metres high, and is the tallest minaret in Europe.[2] The mosque in Fier, Albania is higher still, at 51 metres.[3]
