Fiona Themann

Fiona Themann-Fowler (née Themann) (b. 18 April 1990[1]) is a professional netball player. Primarily a goal-defence and goal-keeper, Themann is currently playing in the Australian Suncorp Super Netball League for the Adelaide Thunderbirds[2]. Themann was born in Shepparton, and has also represented the Scottish Thistles 24 times including appearances at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and the 2015 Netball World Cup[3].

ANL (Victorian Fury)

Themann returned to Victoria in 2015, signing with the Victorian Fury netball team in the Australian Netball League (ANL). As part of the team's leadership group, she helped lead the Fury to back-to-back premiership title wins in 2015 and 2016[4]

Domestic Career

Adelaide Thunderbirds (2016)

The Adelaide Thunderbirds officially announced the signing of Themann on a two-year deal as a part of their inaugural team for the Suncorp Super League on their website on 23 September 2016.[5]

International Career

In 2014, Themann made her debut for the Scottish Thistles against Trindad & Tobago at the Commonwealth Games[1]. She has since represented her country on 24 occasions including appearances at the 2015 Netball world Cup.
