Fame Fashion and Creative Excellence (FFACE) [pronounced | feɪs] is eastern India's prominent talent management brand. It is a platform provided to aspiring actors, models, fashion photographers, designers, make-up artists and the like who are meticulously chosen by a distinguished panel of judges from the fashion and film fraternity.[1] Their abilities are showcased through the FFACE Calendar and other FFACE events side by side with eminent Tollywood celebrities and celebrities from different walks of life.[2][3]

FFACE Calendar

FFACE Calendar is an annual fashion calendar by budding talents and is a flagship event of FFACE, held within the first quarter of a calendar year. The first edition of the calendar was shot on 18 March 2014 [4] with 7 fresh faces and 2 celebrity actors. It also provided platform to one fresh photographer, one make up artist and one hair stylist.[5] FFACE managed to have widespread circulation of its Calendar in film, fashion and media houses in Kolkata as well as Mumbai.[6] FFACE Calendar has been supported by innumerable celebrities from film, fashion and sports.[7][8][9][10][11][12]

FFACE Calendar Edition 3 was the start of a first of its kind television reality show aired on Music Bangla and Zeal Lifestyle.[13]

FFACE Reality Show

FFACE Calendar launched first of its kind reality show in 2016 with budding talents aspiring to be a part of the glamour world. Over 40 contestants fought for the top 12 positions to feature in the FFACE Calendar through various activities, tasks and eliminations during their 20 days of grooming period. This was televised in a regional channel over 30 episodes.

FFACE of Durga

FFACE of Durga was themed on “Women Empowerment”. An exclusive shoot which was arranged with Actor Mimi Chakraborty depicting Goddess Durga along with four fresh faces representing the incarnates of Devi Durga.[18]

MAX Fashion Icon

FFACE had integrated with MAX Fashion Icon since 2015. Akbar Hasan, model of FFACE Calendar 2015 was the first one to be selected as a wild card to enter the Grand Finale of the Max Fashion Icon 2015 in Delhi. He was styled and groomed by Marc Robinson. The winners of the Max Fashion Icon gets featured and portfolio shot by Cosmopolitan magazine along with Cash prize worth Rs 2.5 lacs each.[19]

Gionee Association

China's leading mobile phone manufacturer Gionee collaborated with FFACE as the title partner for the 2017 edition. FFACE Calendar was thus re-branded as Gionee FFACE Calendar 2017.
