FCM Portland is an American NPSL soccer club based in Portland, Oregon scheduled to begin play in the NPSL in 2014 in Portland, Oregon. The club is one of the founding members of the new NPSL Northwest Conference.[1] The Spartans won the Northwest Conference in 2014 and are the #1 seed in the West Region's playoffs.[2]
