History
Everwise was founded by Maynard Webb,[1] Mike Bergelson,[2][3] Colin Schiller, and Ian Gover.
The Everwise Mission is focused on making professional development scalable via mentoring[4][5] and leveraging valuable learning experiences.[6] The current SaaS platform exists to allow end users to build their own personal board of directors.[7]
The Everwise web service launched in late 2012. In December 2014, under CEO Mike Bergelson, the company raised a US$ 8 million funding round led by Canvas Venture.[8] Since then, the company has secured another US$16 million round from Sequoia Capital.[9]
