Evgeny Vakker (Russian: Евгений Ваккер, born on 18 April 1976) also known as Eugen Wacker is a Kyrgyzstani cyclist riding for Massi–Kuwait Cycling Project. At the 2004 Summer Olympics, he competed in the Men's road race and Men's road time trial.
