Ethan Erryn Arkin (born 16 October 1982) is an Australian actor and writer who is involved in film and television.

He is a graduate of the academically selective James Ruse Agricultural High School and the University of NSW where he became qualified as a doctor of optometry before embarking in a career in entertainment.[1]

Originally performing in local theatre productions, Arkin's professional acting career began on Australian drama series including Rescue: Special Ops, Rake, Blue Water High, and the long-running daytime drama Home and Away.

Arkin has since performed in American independent feature films and major network procedural shows: CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Stitchers, Rake.[2]
