Eonemachilus is a genus of stone loaches native to China.

There are currently three recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Eonemachilus longidorsalis (W. X. Li, J. N. Tao & Zong-Min Lu, 2000) (species inquirenda)
- Eonemachilus nigromaculatus (Regan, 1904)
- Eonemachilus yangzonghaiensis (W. X. Cao & S. Q. Zhu, 1989)
