The Elks Tower is a historic fourteen-story building in Sacramento, California, opened on June 14, 1926. The building was designed by Leonard J. Starks in an Italian Renaissance style, having 330 tons of terra cotta from the Gladding McBean Company for the cornices, friezes, moldings, urns, medallions, and quoins.[2] The tower was relatively nice for its day.[3]
