Plot

A former U.S. federal agent Martin Parker, real name Thomas McKenzie, is being tracked down by Charles Cooper, who is outraged by his daughter, Thomas' wife's death. Thomas also has an 8 year old daughter, Carly.

Later that day, 3 burglars apparently looking for cocaine, break into their house. While questioning Thomas while Carly has a mask over her head and a knife held inches from her neck, they learn that they have the wrong address, 23 Kingsbury Green, not Grove. About to be killed, Thomas takes the gun and shoots the 3 burglars. While calling U.S. Embassy employee and colleague Gail Callister, he passes out due to a head wound.

The next day, Thomas wakes up in the hospital, not knowing that Cooper's sending a present, George "Bishop" Edwards, to track him down. He learns that he is under arrest for murder and that Carly is in Kavendish Place, Child Social Services. Bishop gets a call from Cooper informing him of Thomas. Meanwhile, Thomas finds him all over the news and becomes outraged. His old friend, Ray Monroe, calls him and tells him that he will explain to the authorities the confidentiality of his relocation in person. He escapes and finds Bishop in Kavendish Place, apparently trying to hack into the database to find Carly's location. He chases Thomas while Thomas manages to get the location of Carly. Then he escapes on a taxi. The taxi driver then gets a call from Bishop, saying that his fare is incredibly dangerous and tells him to pull over to the petrol station and he will be with him in 90 seconds. He searches the car for Thomas, but doesn't find anything.

Using the petrol's station surveillance system, he learns that Thomas got on the back of a truck and jumps off into an Emirates cable car terminal. He gets into a cable car and tells 2 other man that he will give them £10,000 if they knock Thomas out. Thomas knocks them out and asks the employee if he could use his cellphone. He calls Ray and tells him to meet him at the cable car terminal. Thomas gets shot and manages to make it to Ray's car. They arrive at a safe house and Ray cleans the bullet wound and just when they leave, Bishop is revealed inside the elevator. They manage to get inside their room and get guns and other weapons. Bishop breaks a wall in the next house to get in. Ray then gets hit by a bullet but doesn't survive. Thomas then ends up in Bishop's car, instructing him. Once they get to the bay, Bishop manages to escape the tight ropes that Thomas put around his wrists. They get into a fight until Thomas knocks Bishop into the water. He then uses Bishop's car to get to Carly.

Embassadors arrive at Carly's location and eventually, to their surprise, Cooper, his assistant Hannah, and his 3 bodyguards arrive and shoot the embassadors and Carly's guardian, Stacy. Carly then believes Cooper about his make up stories and after that, Thomas arrives, kills the bodyguards, and to his surprise, runs into Bishop and has another fight with him. Thomas kicks Bishop, landing him on a pickaxe, killing him.

He then enters the house and kills Hannah and Cooper, while Carly hugs her dad as the screen turns to black.
