Elachista purella is a moth of the Elachistidae family. It is found in Ukraine[2] and Kazakhstan.
The wingspan is 8.7 millimetres (0.34 in) for males. The thorax, tegulae and upperside of the forewings are white. The underside is light brown. The upperside of the hindwings is white, with a very weak beige tinge. The underside is white.
Etymology
The species name is derived from Latin Purus (meaning clean, spotless) and refers to the white and spotless appearance of the moth.[3]
