Elachista archaeonoma is a moth in the Elachistidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1889.[1] It is endemic to New Zealand.[2]
The wingspan is 6-8 mm. The forewings are dark grey, irrorated with whitish. The hindwings are grey. Adults have been recorded on wing in December and January.[3]
