El Santos vs. La Tetona Mendoza (The Santos vs. Big Tits Mendoza in Spanish) is a 2012 Mexican adult animated comedy film based on José Ignacio Solórzano (JIS) and Trino Camacho's comic strip series. It was released in theaters on November 30, 2012 in Mexico.[2] Along with the ensemble cast, the film stars Daniel Giménez Cacho, Héctor Jiménez, José María Yazpik and Regina Orozco.[3] It was produced by Ánima Estudios (through its adult label, Átomo Films) and Peyote Films, and distributed by Videocine.
Plot synopsis
El Santos suffers with the divorce from La Tetona Mendoza. Santos helps the group of Sahuayo Zombies, but his philanthropic campaign becomes profitable, leveraging him for their benefits and causing the plague syndrome. Peyote Asesino, gets rid of the zombies and falls in love with Tetona. In order to revive the population and defeat Peyote, Santos and Cabo Valdivia use their DNA to start the infection and save the world.

- Jesús Ochoa as Devil Zepeda, one of Santos' friends.
- Cheech Marin as The Dark Charro, the leading horseman, who helps the male population reason with the female ones.
- Dolores Heredia, Julieta Venegas and Rocio Verdejo as Space Poquianchis, the group of female aliens.

Release
The film was released in theaters in Mexico on November 30, 2012. It was shown at the Annecy International Film Festival 2013 on June 10, 2013.[4]
Box office
The film opened at #6 behind Trouble with the Curve, Skyfall, Wreck-It Ralph, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 and Rise of the Guardians, earning $3,689,871 pesos ($284,743 USD).
