El Camino Hospital is a hospital with 420 beds (Mountain View Main Campus) based in Mountain View, California.[1] There is a 2nd smaller main hospital campus called El Camino Hospital, Los Gatos, in Los Gatos, California with additional satellite specialty medical clinics in the West Valley/lower Peninsula area of the Silicon Valley.
Located on a 41-acre (17 ha) campus in the heart of Silicon Valley, El Camino Hospital serves residents in the El Camino Hospital District[2] — Mountain View, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, and portions of Sunnyvale and Palo Alto — as well as those in surrounding communities.
El Camino Hospital, established in 1961, has been designated as a nursing magnet hospital by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Specialties include cardiac care, dialysis, cancer care, maternal child health services, orthopedics, neurosurgery and behavioral health.
