Eglantina Zingg (born in Caracas, Venezuela) is a public figure, entrepreneur and agent of peace. Zingg grew up in the Amazons of Venezuela and later moved to Europe and the US for schooling at The London Academy of Dramatic Art and The American University of Florida. Eglantina is a polyglot business woman and public figure who began her television career as the face of MTV Latin America, hosting the daily show L’Gueveo, as well as the VMA’s and Movie Awards.


In 2011, Zingg was recognized as “Icon of the Year” by Glamour Magazine and was the fashion ambassador worldwide for Mercedes-Benz. Zingg has been the face of brands such as, Roberto Cavalli, Carolina Herrera, Nike, Paco Rabanne, and Tag Heuer. Represented by Ford Models, Zingg has graced the covers of Elle, Marie Claire, GQ, Maxim and Vogue. Zingg's keen eye for fashion led her to host Project Runway Latin America, and star and produce MANIFESTO (GlitzTV) - a global journey through fashion, art, design, film and music. E! entertainment TV created E! GLAM TOUR, a television program designed for Eglantina to cover the world's most important fashion weeks. Zingg has also starred in the action film, Secreto De Confesion, directed by Henry Rivero and produced by Edgar Ramirez. Zingg was a longtime contributor for the Huffington Post and was accepted by NASA to take the Journey to Mars.


A rebel with a cause, Zingg founded Project Peace Latin America in 2011, an NPO that uses soccer as an alternative education program that promotes values of peace and personal development for young girls living in vulnerable regions of Latin America. Zingg’s goal is to empower girls to believe in their ability to overcome challenges by providing safe spaces and the tools to build character, discipline, tolerance, solidarity, leadership, teamwork and community consciousness. Project Peace Latin America is made possible by an extensive network of companies, organizations, and strategic individual Zingg has built throughout her career.

Aware of the power the media has over society, Zingg works to advocate for peace and human rights. For three consecutive years, she has participated in the United Nation’s MEDIA FOR SOCIAL IMPACT SUMMIT. Zingg believes that we can all do something towards peace, no action is too small.
