Brown is a film and television producer[1][2] known for such films and television series as Rocket Science,[1] In the Cut,[1] Real Women Have Curves,[1] Things You Can Tell Just by Looking at Her,[1] Everyday People,[3] Desert Blue,[3] Dear White People,[4] and But I'm a Cheerleader.[1] She is seen in the fourth season of Project Greenlight as a producer on that season's film project The Leisure Class.[5][6][7][8]
