Efavirenz/lamivudine/tenofovir is a fixed dose combination medication for the treatment of HIV/AIDS.[1] It combines efavirenz, lamivudine, and tenofovir.[1]
Side effects can include joint pain, sleepiness, headaches, depression, trouble sleeping, and itchiness.[1]
It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the most effective and safe medicines needed in a health system.[2] A year of medication costs about 154 USD in the developing world.[1]
