Edouard Duvigneaud of Belgium deceased 2005 to 2008 served as the National Commissioner of the Dutch-speaking Vlaamsch Verbond der Katholieke Scouts (VVKS) from 1956,[1] and as a member of the World Scout Committee.

Duvigneaud performed the closing ceremony of the 1977 Irish Scout Jamboree.

Duvigneaud was awarded the Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.[Note 1]
