Dyje (German: Mühlfraun) is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.59 square kilometres (1.77 sq mi), and has a population of 399 (as at 28 August 2006).
Dyje lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) east of Znojmo, 53 km (33 mi) south-west of Brno, and 185 km (115 mi) south-east of Prague.
