Dupuyer Creek is a tributary of Birch Creek in northwestern Montana in the United States.

It rises in the Lewis and Clark National Forest at the continental divide in northwestern Teton County and flows northwest down from the mountains, past Dupuyer, and joins Birch Creek in Pondera County 2 mi (3.2 km) west of Valier.
