Doumergue's fringe-fingered lizard (Acanthodactylus spinicauda) is a species of lizard in the Lacertidae family.^[1][2]

Geographic range

It is found in Algeria.^[1][2]

Habitat

Its natural habitats open stony and flat sandy places.^[1]

Reproduction

A. spinicauda is oviparous, and the average clutch size is 8 eggs.^[1]

Conservation status

This species is considered "Critically Endangered" because of small geographic range, fragmented distribution within that range, and habitat loss. It has not been collected since 1901.^[1]
