Dougald Lamont
Dougald Lamont (born April 23, 1969) is the owner of Jet Pack Media, a Winnipeg based communications and digital media company, and lecturer of Government Relations at the University of Winnipeg. A former Policy Advisor and Communications Officer for Robert-Falcon Ouellette,[1] he is also a contributor to iPolitics[2] and the CBC[3] and is regularly involved with Althea Guiboche, the “Bannock Lady”, and Got Bannock.[4]
Lamont ran in 2013 for leader of the Manitoba Liberal Party and finished second to Rana Bokhari. On June 5 2017, Lamont announced he was seeking the leadership of the Manitoba Liberal Party after the resignation of Rana Bokhari.[5]
