DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is a Philippine real estate development company based in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was founded in 2009.[1]
It is the parent company of CityMall, and is controlled by Mang Inasal founder Edgar Sia and Jollibee Foods chairman Tony Tan Caktiong, both billionaires. They plan to build 100 shopping malls by 2020.[2]
The company went public in 2014.[2] As of May 2017, it has a market cap of PHP 112.6 billion.[3]
