Dorsum Von Cotta is a wrinkle ridge at 23°12′N 11°54′E / 23.2°N 11.9°E / 23.2; 11.9 in Mare Serenitatis on the Moon. It is 199 km long and runs south to north within (some at) the lunar 12th parallel. It was named after Carl Bernard von Cotta in 1976.

Nearly halfway is the marker between Hornsby Crater located in the east and Aratus CA satellite craters with the lesser wrinkle ridge of Dorsum Owen, Rima Sung-Mei, a scarp and two valleys, the nearest is Valles Krishna, its nearest named small crater is Manuel. Further south is Dorsum Buckland.
