Domenico Marinucci is an Italian Full Professor of probability and mathematical statistics[1] and astrophysicist at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. In 2006 he combined NRAO VLA Sky Survey radio galaxy and Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe cosmic microwave background and discovered that the Sachs–Wolfe effect happens later in space history.[2]
