Dolinsky District (Russian: До́линский райо́н) is an administrative district (raion) of Sakhalin Oblast, Russia; one of the seventeen in the oblast.[1] Municipally, it is incorporated as Dolinsky Urban Okrug.[2] It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,441.6 square kilometers (942.7 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Dolinsk.[1] Population (excluding the administrative center): 13,699(2010 Census);[3] 15,649(2002 Census);[6] 22,484(1989 Census).[7]
