Music and YouTube career
Dodie's first channel was called "Dodders5", now known as the "Alice and dodie show!", which was created on 1 August 2007 and shared with her friend Alice Webb.[9]
Clark's main channel "doddleoddle" was created on 7 February 2011; her first video on that channel, an original song called "Rain", was uploaded on 14 April that year. In addition to her main channel, Clark has a VEVO channel, "dodieVEVO",[10] and a side channel, "doddlevloggle".[11]
On 18 November 2016 Clark self-released her first EP, Intertwined.[12] Despite its unsigned status, the EP reached #35 on the official UK album charts during its first week of release.[13]
Clark also co-hosted Coca-Cola's CokeTV alongside fellow YouTuber Manny Brown.[14]
Dodie's second EP, entitled "You" was released on 11 August 2017.
Dodie Clark will be releasing a book on 2 November 2017, "Secrets for the Mad: Obsessions, Confessions and Life Lessons".[15][16]
Touring
In 2014, Clark joined fellow YouTuber Bry on his national tour of the UK and rejoined him on his Australian and New Zealand tour in 2015. In January 2015, she supported Bethan Leadley (MusicalBethan) on her UK Tour. She toured with Tessa Violet twice over the period of 2015-2016, as well as with Jon Cozart and Rusty Clanton in 2016.
She toured the UK for her EP, Intertwined, in March 2017, with Rusty Clanton as her opening act.[17][18]
Upcoming tour
Clark will also be touring the UK[19] and Ireland[20] for her second EP, You, in October 2017. Tickets began sale on 12 July 2017.[21] An additional Dublin date was added due to a quick sellout.[22][23]
