Distrito Central (Spanish pronunciation: [disˈtɾito senˈtɾal]) is a municipality in the Honduran department of Francisco Morazán.
It is the departmental capital and the national capital of Honduras and consists of the twin cities of Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela.
