Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad

The Diplomatic Enclave in Islamabad, Pakistan, is a special zone housing diplomatic missions located in the city. The district is located in G-5, and houses 43 embassies and high commissions. It is a secured zone and not accessible to the general public.[1]

Education

The Islamabad Japanese School is located in the enclave.[2]

The École Française d'Islamabad was located in the enclave.[3] The school closed in 2008.[4]

The Oaks British School was previously in the enclave.[5] In 2007 it closed due to unrest in Pakistan.[6]
