The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Olomouc (Czech: Arcidiecéze olomoucká, Latin: Archidioecesis Olomucensis) is the Metropolitan archdiocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in Moravia, part of the Czech Republic.

Its Cathedral archiepiscopal see is Katedrála sv. Václava Katedrála sv. Václava, in Olomouc, Olomoucký kraj and also has three Marian Minor basilicas:
- Bazilika Nanebevzetí Panny Marie, Svatý Hostýn, in Zlínský kraj
- Bazilika Nanebevzetí Panny Marie a sv. Cyrila a Metoděje, in Velehrad, Zlínský kraj

History
Established in 1063 as Diocese of Olomouc / Olomucen(sis) (Latin), on territory split off from the then Diocese of Praha (Prague, capital of Bohemia, now Metropolitan) and Promoted on 1777.12.05 as Metropolitan Archdiocese of Olomouc / Olomucen(sis) (Latin) (lost territory to establish Diocese of Brno). In 1788 Gained territory from the Diocese of Wrocław (Breslau, Silesia), in 1863 exchanged territory with Moravian Diocese of Brno.
- 1945.03.15: Lost territory to establish Apostolic Administration of Upper Silesia
- 1978.05.31: Gained territory from the suppressed Apostolic Administration of Český Těšín
- It enjoyed Papal visits from Pope John Paul II in April 1990 and May 1995.
- 1996.05.30: Lost territory to establish Diocese of Ostrava-Opava as its suffragan
