Nadeesha Dilhani Lekamge (born 14 October 1987) is a Sri Lankan athlete who throws the javelin.
Life
Lekamge was born in Sri Lanka in 1987.
She trained with former silver Asian games medallist Nadeeka Lakmali[1] under A.J.Rodrigo until Lakmali left to train elsewhere in 2014.[2]
In 2017 she represented her country in India at the 2017 Asian Athletics Championships – Women's javelin throw. She took a silver medal with a throw over 57m behind Li Lingwei of China with a throw over 63 metres.[3] She matched her former training partner Nadeeka Lakmali's achievement.[2]
