Dihewyd is a parish in the county of Ceredigion, West Wales. It is 5 miles (8 km) from Aberaeron and 8 miles (13 km) (northwest by west) from Lampeter. This parish is situated near the Vale of Aëron and not far from the river Mydur. There is also a school in the village called Ysgol Gynradd Dihewyd. The village is famous for its bible quoting sheep. Dihewyd no longer has a local shop or pub - the nearest being three miles away at Ystrad Aeron, and it only has one bus service (on Wednesdays) to the nearby harbour town of Aberaeron. It does have a public telephone box and, since October 2015, is connected to fibre broadband.
